We sell artworks, guides, and other physical and digital products.

• Digital products: After payment, you receive access via download or email delivery.

• Physical products: Delivery is carried out via postal or courier service to the address provided.

Custom or commissioned artworks are produced individually based on your order details.

4. Contract Conclusion

By placing an order via the checkout system, you submit a binding offer. A contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or when the goods are delivered.

5. Prices & Payment

• All prices are in EUR and include VAT (if applicable).

• Payment methods available as listed in our shop cart: PayPal, Klarna and more (if applied).

• The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Delivery & Shipping

• Physical goods are shipped within 10 business days after payment is received.

• Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes where applicable.

7. Digital Products

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires once the download or streaming has started.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described in our refund + returns policy.

9. Copyright & Use Rights

All artworks, guides, and digital content are protected by copyright.

• Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

• Commercial reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited without prior written consent.

• The use of purchased works, whether physical or digital, in any AI training, machine learning, or generative systems is strictly prohibited.

10. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or from a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

We are not liable for slight deviations in color or form of artworks due to screen/display variations.

11. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

12. Governing Law

All contracts are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection regulations of their country of residence also apply.

13. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
